All of our wedding photo packages include an engagement session and 2 photographers (Travis and Kelly) for no extra charge, as well as a completely custom packages catered to you.
We are pretty laid back with times and do not charge an extra hourly rate if more time is needed.
Although we have been shooting professionally together for over 10 years, we are a younger couple closer to the age of many of our clients.  This helps bride and grooms, and more so the wedding party feel comfortable around us which brings out their true personalities in the pictures.

We generally meet with clients to go over products, detail how we shoot the day and other details. From there, if clients wish to book, they should pay the session fee to act as a non-refundable deposit. This reserves the date as our weddings are booked on a first come - first served basis. We generally start booking about 10-18 months in advance.
An engagement session and a package should be selected shortly after so that a contract can be put in place. Packages can be modified up into the final meeting prior to the wedding.
The final meeting will take place 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding to finalize itineraries, go over family names and other final details. Payments should be completed at this meeting and your package should be paid in full.
Clients will receive their proofs 2-3 weeks after their session. Proofs can be seen online.
Clients are urged to pick out images for their products within 90 days of their session.  Once the images have been selected, they will be retouched and sent for a final approval in 3-5 weeks and then delivered 1-3 weeks after the client's final approval.

All packages are custom built for each individual client. We feel this is a better way to purchase packages because every couple has different wants and needs. Families are all different sizes and it just becomes nearly impossible to have a list of packages that is right for everyone.
Although custom packages can be a bit daunting at first, we are here to help you pick the products you want and listen to your needs. We want to make sure you receive all the products you want, but do not have to pay for any additional products, just because it is in a pre-built package. We will also help price out any packages for you to help give you a precise quote at any time.

Photography is one of the few items you get to take home and hold from a wedding day. After the day is gone, and couples get back from a honeymoon, its the one thing that gives them a chance to look back a remember the day that they spent so much time and effort into planning.

Product Quality
We do everything we can to ensure that memories from this event will last a lifetime. All images are color corrected and enhanced and all prints and albums are retouched for no additional charge.

All prints and albums are sprayed with a protective coating to protect products for years against finger prints and UV rays. Prints 5x7 and larger are also mounted on thin foam board that adds extra protection against creases and ensures long lasting quality, but still versatile to fit in any frame.

We intend to keep all of our files for life. Files are backed up to two hard drives in two separate locations to make sure if you need anything years into the future, we can get it for you.

Pricing is all inclusive with no hidden or extra fees and include two photographers up to all day coverage, color corrections and contrast enhancements of files, retouching of products, and online proofing.

With packages being custom built, our prices can vary. Most clients find a package that fits their needs for between $2200-$3700.

The number one piece of advice I get from past brides is they wish they would have relaxed and enjoyed the day a little more with friends and family.
Couples spend so much time and effort into planning one of the most important days of their lives that they forget to turn off "planning mode" on the day of and they continue to try to work the day and make sure everything goes smoothly.
The day will fly by and its important for couples to remember to have some fun and take the whole experience in. Not only will you enjoy the day a bit more, but your pictures will turn out better as well because it will be easier to capture your true emotions.
The best way to ensure that you can enjoy your time is to make plenty of time for all picture ops and events. We try to do our part in helping you with timing. We meet with all of our bride and grooms a few weeks before the wedding to create a detailed timeline and make lists of what family members need to be at certain locations at certain times.
We highly recommend passing this list out at rehearsal dinners to ensure everyone is on time. This is the number one reason weddings get behind of schedule - family members don't realize they are part of the pictures and don't need to just show up for the ceremony.
First Look
It's becoming more and more popular for couples to see each other before the ceremony. There are a lot of advantages to doing a first look, such as:
  • Better images of the groom seeing the bride for the first time
  • More time for bride and groom to spend with guests at cocktail hour
  • Family and bridal party do not have to be ready as early
  • Saves time with tighter time slots, and gives bride and groom a more relaxed photo op
Properly Plan your Day for Pictures
It is important for us to make sure that we are able to get a chance to take all the traditional family and bridal party pictures and still have time to be able to capture the emotion of the bride and groom.
If couples do not want to see each other before the wedding, we generally start with the groom, groomsmen, and groom's family 2.5 hours prior to the wedding. We than photograph the bride, bridesmaids, and bride's family 1.5 hours prior to the wedding, leaving 30 minutes for the bride to hide away while guests arrive and to relax a bit before the ceremony. After the wedding, its good to leave about 1.5 hours for pictures (45 min for family and bridal party and 45 min for the bride and groom).
If couples are doing the first look, we generally start pictures with bride and groom about 2.5 hours before the wedding, with the bridal party joining 1.5 hours prior and families 1 hour prior.
